Magpies Holiday Return Policy
To make gifting easier this holiday season, we have extended our return window for any non-seasonal gifts bought after Dec 1st. Non-seasonal / non-holiday specific gifts will be eligible for store credit until January 15, 2025.
*Please note that all seasonal / holiday items are final sale after December 1st.
Returns
To request a return:
1.Log in to your customer account and go to your orders.
2. Select the order you are wanting to return.
3. Select "Request Return".
You may return most new, unopened items in their original packaging with all tags attached within 14 days of delivery for a store credit refund. There is a $5 return shipping fee to cover the cost of shipping and restocking. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (ie, you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (2-10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2-3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2-3 business days).

We can ship to virtually any address in the US. Note that there are restrictions on some products.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. You will receive tracking and can follow along with your order as it makes its way to you!
