Returns

You may return most new, unopened items in their original packaging with all tags attached within 14 days of delivery for a store credit refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (ie, you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (2-10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2-3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2-3 business days).

If you need to return an item, please bring it in or ship it back with your order number and your name clearly included in the package. All returns can be sent directly to our store: 6019 Highway 100, Nashville TN 37205.

We can ship to virtually any address in the US. Note that there are restrictions on some products.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. You will receive tracking and can follow along with your order as it makes its way to you!
